I know what it feels like to prepare a meal and watch my son refuse it. He is a picky eater, and I also know how quickly a small parenting moment can become a very big emotion.
I started using simple routines, visual prompts and clear words in my own home. They have helped my family so far. Prissy Toddler Tools grew from the practical things I have used as a mother and wanted to make easier for another parent to pick up and try.
I am not a doctor or a therapist. I am a mother sharing tools drawn from my own experience. Every child is different, so these resources do not promise perfect behaviour or one result for every family.
