The person behind the shop
I am a mother raising a son who is a picky eater and who can have big emotions. The tools in this shop come from the routines, visual prompts and clear words I have used in my own home and found helpful so far.
I am not a doctor or therapist. I am sharing practical tools from my own parenting experience, with honest limits and no promise that every child will respond in the same way.
